Healthfest 2010: A Multicultural Health Fair, will be held on Thursday, May 6th, 2010 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Beban Park Social Centre. This year we highlight Healthy Living/Healthy Weight.

Come visit the 23 exhibitors, and participate in fitness and healthy cooking demonstrations. You and your family can check your blood pressure, blood glucose levels, spinal alignment, and receive an eye test – all free of charge. Enjoy live entertainment - African drumming, guitar performance, and Belly Dancing. Plus there are plenty of activities planned for children.
