Adjusting to a new country while navigating changes in the body can sometimes feel confusing or isolating\, and this session aims to provide knowledge\, reassurance\, and connection. \nParticipants will learn about common body changes and symptoms\, gain a better understanding of what is considered normal\, and explore practical strategies to support their overall wellbeing.
