NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Central Vancouver Island Multicultural Society is called for on the 28th day of September 2022, at 5:00 pm. Attendees will have the chance to:
1. Receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Corporation for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.
2. Appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
3. Bring forth other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
